Effects of Huaier extract on expression of MAPK in HCC cells. HCC cells were treated with various concentrations (0, 2, 4, 8, and 16 mg/mL) of Huaier extract for 48 h, and then cell lysates were subjected to Western blotting using respective antibodies against MAPKs.
