Effect of Huaier extract on the expression of β-catenin and cyclin D1, as well as cell cycle and inhibition after being treated with a JNK inhibitor (SP600125). (a) HepG2 cells were pretreated with SP600125 (10 μM) for 1 h and then incubated in the presence or absence of Huaier extract (8 mg/mL) for 48 h. β-catenin and cyclin D1 protein was determined by using Western blotting.
