Studies on the Antifatigue Activities of Cordyceps militaris Fruit Body Extract in Mouse Model

Treatment with Cordyceps militaris fruit body extract (0.5 g/kg, 1.0 g/kg, and 2.0 g/kg) and Rhodiola rosea (0.5 g/kg) for 2 weeks, before and after 20 min swimming, the levels of lactic acid in serum ((a), (b)), liver ((c), (d)), and muscle ((e), (f)) in male and female mouse were analyzed, respectively. Data are expressed as mean ± S.D. () and analyzed using one-way ANOVA followed by Dunn’s test. and versus nontreated mouse (Control).
