Studies on the Antifatigue Activities of Cordyceps militaris Fruit Body Extract in Mouse Model

Mice were treated with Cordyceps militaris fruit body extract (0.5 g/kg, 1.0 g/kg, and 2.0 g/kg) and Rhodiola rosea (0.5 g/kg) for 14 days. After 20 min swimming, the activations of ERKs, AKT, mTOR, and AMPK in liver tissue were detected via western blot. Quantification data of the expression of P-ERKs, P-AKT, P-mTOR, and P-AMPK were normalized by corresponding T-ERKs, T-AKT, T-mTOR, and T-AMPK. Data are expressed as mean ± S.D. () and analyzed using one-way ANOVA followed by Dunn’s test. and versus control group.
