The effects of apigenin on cell morphology and cell cycle progression in cisplatin-treated HK-2 cells. Cells were treated with 40 μM of cisplatin for 24 h in the absence or presence of 20 μM of apigenin (pretreatment for 1 h). Cell morphology was observed using an inverted microscope (a).
