Icariin protects against Aβ25–35-induced cytotoxicity in PC12 cells. (a) Effects of Aβ25–35 on cell viability. PC12 cells were treated with 10–40 μM Aβ25–35, and cell viability was assessed by the MTT assay. (b) Protective effect of icariin against Aβ25–35-induced cytotoxicity in PC12 cells. After 1 h pretreatment with icariin (2.5, 5, 10, or 20 μM), PC12 cells were treated with 20 μM Aβ25–35 for 24 h.
