Icariin increased Bcl-2 protein levels in PC12 cells exposed to Aβ25–35. After pretreatment with 50 μM LY294002 for 1 h, PC12 cells were treated with 20 μM icariin for 1 h, followed by 24 h Aβ25–35 treatment.
