The effect of JHD on the expression of the cell cycle and apoptosis associated molecules in SW480 cells. Cells were treated with various concentrations of JHD for 24 h. (a) The protein levels of cyclin D1, cyclin D2, cyclin D3, cyclin E1, CDK2, CDK4, CDK6, p27, Bax, Bcl-2, PARP, cleaved PARP, caspase-3, and cleaved caspase-3 were determined by Western blotting. (b) The mRNA levels of cyclin D1, cyclin E1, CDK2, CDK4, CDK6, p27, Bax, and Bcl-2 were determined by RT-PCR. , , versus control cells.
