Effects of TSS and KSS on collagen-induced platelet aggregation of guinea pig whole blood. The results on pressure rate and PATI values were shown in (a) and (b). Data are expressed as the mean ± SEM (–11 animals). Significant differences in (a) data were evaluated using two-way ANOVA followed by a post hoc Bonferroni multiple comparison test. Significant difference was observed in TSS group () and KSS group () compared to control group. Post hoc analysis was performed at each concentration of collagen: and versus vehicle. The data in (b) was evaluated using the unpaired Student’s -test: and versus vehicle.
