Moderate dose (5 mg/mL) of XBJ enhanced viability of macrophages. Mouse peritoneal macrophages were treated with 0 mg/mL, 1 mg/mL, 5 mg/mL, 10 mg/mL, and 100 mg/mL XBJ with or without 100 ng/mL LPS for 24 h. CCK-8 was used to assess cell viability. Data represented the mean ± SEM of independent experiment in triplicate. versus control group (0 mg/mL XBJ).
