EVA suppresses VEGF induced migration in HUVECs by wound healing assay. (a) The cells (4 105 cells/2 mL) were treated with 0, 10, and 20 μg/mL of EVA in a 6-well plate in the presence of VEGF (50 ng/mL) and incubated at 37°C. The number of cells migrated into the scratched area was calculated. (b) Bar graph represents the quantification of migrated cells of untreated control or VEGF-treated control and EVA-treated groups.
