C57Bl/6J mice were fed a normal diet (ND), a high-fat diet (HFD), or a HFD + L. plantarum K21 (109 CFU per day) for eight weeks. Data represent the means ± SD of eight mice per group. < 0.05, < 0.01, and < 0.001 versus the ND group; < 0.05, < 0.01, and < 0.001 versus the HFD group.
