Cell viability of human breast cancer cell line MCF-7 in presence of C75, CC, and TOFA. Cell viability was obtained by MTT assay after pretreatment of C75 (5 μg/mL), CC (4 μg/mL), and TOFA (10 μg/mL) for 3 hours and treatment of berberine (25 μM) for 24 hours.
