The Stimulative Effect of Yangjing Capsule on Testosterone Synthesis through Nur77 Pathway in Leydig Cells

<div>Nur77 knockdown reduces the YC-mediated induction of StAR and HSD3B. MLTC-1 cells were exposed to control blank, 1 mg/mL YC and 1 mg/mL YC with or without Ad-siNur77 at an MOI of 100. Gene and protein expression levels were detected by real-time PCR and Western blot, respectively. Data are a percentage of the control set to 100%.
