Effects of Pt-A and Pt-B on paralysis that was induced by ADP in mice. The mice in each group were injected intravenously (IV) with the following: saline; clopidogrel (40 mg kg−1), a positive control; Pt-A (10 mg kg−1, 20 mg kg−1, and 40 mg kg−1) and Pt-B (20 mg kg−1, 40 mg kg−1, and 80 mg kg−1). After 15 min, ADP (200 mg kg−1) was IV injected to induce paralysis. The time that the mice come back to move was recorded as the paralysis time, which was presented as the mean ± SD. All the data were compared to the saline group and analyzed by unpaired Student’s -test. .
