(b) The mRNA ratio of PKG-Iα in normal HBMECs. Ratio of control was calculated by determining band integrated intensity as ratio of control. (c) The ratio of cell viability compared with control in normal HBMECs with SCU (0.1, 1, and 10 μM) treatment. Cell viability was examined using MTT assay. Normal HBMECs, under normal culture condition: cells were incubated with SCU (0.1, 1, and 10 μM) for 24 h except control group. One-way ANOVA on Rank followed by SNK test, , , compared to control. Data are means ± SEM; independent experiments with independent culture.
