K100 inhibits IL-6, NO, and MMP-9 production in ET-treated SCp2 cells. Cells were treated with 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 M of K100 and media samples were collected 24 hrs after ET-stimulation and analyzed for their (a) IL-6 secretion, (b) NO production, and (c) MMP-9 and MMP-2 production. Zymograms were analyzed by Gel documentation (Bio-Rad) using the software Quantity 1.
