Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Analysis of <i>Ulva fasciata</i> (Green Seaweed) Extract and Evaluation of Its Cytoprotective and Antigenotoxic Effects

<div>Effects of the pretreatment of<i> Ulva fasciata</i> extract on CYP1A activities in liver microsomes from male BALB/C mice exposed to benzo(a)pyrene (BP). CYP1A1 and CYP1A2 activities were assayed in liver microsomes from mice pretreated with different doses of<i> Ulva fasciata</i> or controls during 5 days and after administration of an oral dose of BP (250 mg/kg).
