Cytotoxicity of saikosaponins on BMMs. (a) BMMs (5 × 104 cells/well) were incubated in α-MEM with 10% FBS, M-CSF (30 ng/mL), and each saikosaponin (1 and 10 μM) for 5 days. (b) BMMs were treated with saikosaponin A (SSA) or D (SSD) at the indicated concentrations for 5 days. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay.
