Cells were seeded into 96-well plates and incubated for 12 h and then treated with or without different concentrations of compounds for 24 h incubation. After that, MTT assay was employed to determine the cells viability. All experiments were run in triplicate, and IC₁₀ values were calculated with an improved Karber methodology.
