DPPH radical scavenging activities of five EECiM. Each EECiM at various concentrations (0.1, 1, 10 mg/mL), vitamin C (0.1 mg/mL), and BHT (0.1 mg/mL) was interacted with DPPH. Values represented as means ± SD (). MEVE, APO, TAU, VBO, and Osp represent the EECiM of Morchella esculenta var. esculenta, Auricularia polytricha, Tremella aurantia, Volvariella bombycina, and Oudemansiella sp., respectively.
