Effects of Banhasasim-tang (BHSST) on COX-2 and TLR4 expression in RAW 264.7 cells. Cells were pretreated with BHSST (250, 500 or 1000 μg/mL) for 2 h and then stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 14 h. (a) Protein expression of COX-2 and TLR4 was analyzed by Western blotting. The relative abundance of protein was calculated as COX-2/β-actin ratio (b) and TLR4/β-actin ratio (c).
