Effect of FYD-CS on cell viability in IL-1β- and/or SB431542-treated SW1353 cells. The cells were treated with 15% FYD-CS, 10 μM SB431542, and/or 10 ng/mL IL-1β for 24–96 h, and then the cell viability was assayed. The data are expressed as the mean ± SD (). We found that cell growth peaked at 72 h. versus the control; versus the group treated with both IL-1β and FYD-CS; versus the group treated with IL-1β alone; versus the group treated with IL-1β, FYD-CS, and SB431542.
