Effect of 24 h pretreatment with CRE (100 μg/mL) and Cop (20 μM) on mitochondrial membrane potential. Pretreated cells were challenged with oxidative stress induced by 2 h t-BOOH treatment. The mean MMP ± SEM was normalized to the medium control which was set to 100%. Experiments were repeated twice and for each group the MMP of 1600 cells were measured at least.
