Gigantol Suppresses Cancer Stem Cell-Like Phenotypes in Lung Cancer Cells

Gigantol inhibits anchorage-independent growth of human lung cancer H460 cells. (a) After being treated with gigantol (0–20 µM) for 48 h, H460 cells were suspended and subjected to anchorage-independent growth assay. (b) Colony number and size were analyzed and calculated as relative values to the control cells. Colony 4x images were captured after day 10.
