TXL dose-dependently suppresses HTL-induced oxidative stress and improves cell viabilities in cultured HUVECs. Cultured HUVECs were pretreated with TXL (100, 200, and 400 μg/mL) for 1 hour and then incubated with HTL (1 mM) for 24 hours. (a) Cell viability was measured by MTT.
