The distribution of cells undergoing early and late apoptosis together with those viable cells not in apoptosis and the total extent of apoptosis was determined in MCF-7 cells treated with L. borneensis extract for 24 h (a), 48 h (b), and 72 h (c) in comparison to their respective control, using Annexin-V FITC and propidium iodide flow cytometric analysis.
