Effect of YMT on the protein levels of IL-1β, IL-10, IL-6, TNF-α, and MCP-1 induced by LPS in PBMC after 18 hours of treatment. LPS: cells in the LPS group were stimulated with 1000 ng/mL LPS for 19 hours. The remaining groups of cells were pretreated with LPS for 1 hour prior to treatment with different concentration of YMT (0.19, 0.38, and 0.75 mg/mL) for 18 hours. The protein levels of IL-1β, IL-10, IL-6, TNF-α, and MCP-1 were determined by ELISA. Results are presented as mean ± standard deviation (SD). and compared to the LPS group ().
