Pinoresinol Diglucoside Alleviates oxLDL-Induced Dysfunction in Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells

<div>Pinoresinol diglucoside alleviates oxLDL-induced inhibition of NO production. (a) The total NO metabolites levels in HUVECs treated with 40 <i>μ</i>g/mL oxLDL and/or 1 <i>μ</i>mol/L PD were measured using a commercial assay kit. (b) The mRNA levels of eNOS in HUVECs treated with 40 <i>μ</i>g/mL oxLDL and/or 1 <i>μ</i>mol/L PD were assessed by quantitative real-time PCR.
