Effect of ZPEO on leukocytes migration through SAP model. Animals were pretreated with ZP (100 μL/kg, p.o.) 1 h prior to carrageenan (1%) injection into the SAP. The group vehicle received either carrageenan (1%) or PBS injected into the SAP. Results are presented as mean ± SD ( = 6–10) of total leukocytes (×10³/mL). Statistical analyses were performed using GraphPad Prism version 5.1 software, by one-way ANOVA with Dunnett’s posttest with multiple comparisons against vehicle-treated group. when comparing to vehicle-treated group.
