Effect of antcin K (AnK) on GLUT4, phospho-Akt/total-Akt, and phospho-AMPK/total-AMPK in vitro. C2C12 myoblasts cells were treated with AnK compounds as described in the experimental procedures and equal amounts of lysates were resolved by SDS PAGE and blotted for GLUT4, Akt, phospho-Akt (Ser473), AMPK, and phospho-AMPK (Thr172).
