Effects of P. lutea leaf extracts on expression of integrin proteins. SAS cells were grown in a monolayer culture in the presence or absence (control) of methanol (ME), ethyl acetate (EA), butanol (BU), butanol-insoluble (BW), and water (W) extracts of P. lutea leaves at 10 to 100 μg/mL. After 3 d, total cellular proteins were purified and 20 μg aliquots were subjected to Western blotting for α1, α2, α3, α4, α5, αv, β1, β2, β3, and β4 integrins. GAPDH was used as an internal control.
