Effects of PPE, punicalagin, and N-acetyl cysteine on the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, MCP-1, and ICAM-1 proteins released from THP-1 cells stimulated by PM10. THP-1 cells were treated with PM10 in the absence or presence of a test material for 72 h. The concentrations of TNF-α (a), IL-1β (b), MCP-1 (c), and ICAM-1 (d) proteins in the conditioned medium were measured by ELISA. Data are expressed as percentages of the control value.
