Effect of FGS on the factors that regulate the cell cycle of CDDP-treated LLC. LLC cells, treated with CDDP (1 or 3 μg/mL), without or with FGS (50 μg/mL), were analyzed by western blotting for cyclins and cyclin-dependent kinases (a) and for p21 (b).
