ZJW induces the dephosphorylation of p-cofilin-1 by PP1 and PP2A. (a) SGC7901/DDP cells were treated with ZJW (50 μg/mL) for 0, 6, 12, and 24 h as indicated. Whole cell proteins were prepared and subjected to western blotting to detect PP1, PP2A, and SSH. (b) Cells were treated with ZJW (50 μg/mL) and calyculin A (2 ng/mL) for 24 h. Whole cell protein was subjected to western blotting to detect PP1, PP2A, and p-cofilin-1.
