Hedyotis diffusa plus Scutellaria barbata Induce Bladder Cancer Cell Apoptosis by Inhibiting Akt Signaling Pathway through Downregulating miR-155 Expression

Higher miR-155 reverses Hd-Sb-induced cell apoptosis. 5637 (a) and T24 (b) cells were transfected with miR-155 mimics or control-mimics for 24 h and then treated with 1 mg/mL Hd-Sb for another 48 h. The cell viability was measured after the treatment. Cell apoptosis in 5637 (c) and T24 (d) cells was determined using FACS analysis and the percentage of Annexin-VPI cells was presented by bar.
