The Effect of Traditional Chinese Formula Danchaiheji on the Differentiation of Regulatory Dendritic Cells

<div>Effect of DCHJ treatment on DC cytokine secretion. ImDCs and imDCs + LPS were stimulated with DCHJ at concentrations of 20% for 48 h and the culture supernatants were collected. The levels of IL-10 (a) and TGF-<i>β</i> (b) were measured by ELISA kits.
