Scan spectra (a1, b1, and c1) and product ion (a2, b2, and c2) of corilagin, GA, and EA were got in negative ion mode. In the typical LC-MS chromatogram (d), peaks , , and correspond to GA, corilagin, and EA in PTF with concentration of 5 μg/mL and the chromatogram was using TIC mode. The diamond shape refers to the precursor ion (M-1) of the product ion.
