Transport of Corilagin, Gallic Acid, and Ellagic Acid from Fructus Phyllanthi Tannin Fraction in Caco-2 Cell Monolayers

<div>The effects of the transporters on the uptake of three compounds in PTF across Caco-2 cell monolayers. The concentrations of verapamil, indomethacin, and phloridzin were 100, 10, and 50 <i>μ</i>M, respectively. Caco-2 cells were incubated with PTF at the concentration of 1.00 mg/mL for 120 min.
