Biatractylolide Modulates PI3K-Akt-GSK3β-Dependent Pathways to Protect against Glutamate-Induced Cell Damage in PC12 and SH-SY5Y Cells

MMP suppressed by glutamate-insult in PC12 and SH-SY5Y cell lines was effectively ameliorated by biatractylolide. After the two cell lines were treated with various concentrations of biatractylolide for 30 min before glutamate treatment for 24 hours, the mitochondrial membrane potential was examined using the Rhodamine-123. and versus control group; , , and versus model group.
