Biatractylolide Modulates PI3K-Akt-GSK3<i>β</i>-Dependent Pathways to Protect against Glutamate-Induced Cell Damage in PC12 and SH-SY5Y Cells

<div><i>MMP suppressed by glutamate-insult in PC12 and SH-SY5Y cell lines was effectively ameliorated by biatractylolide</i>. After the two cell lines were treated with various concentrations of biatractylolide for 30 min before glutamate treatment for 24 hours, the mitochondrial membrane potential was examined using the
