Effect of FD on BV2 cell viability. BV2 cells were treated with different concentrations of FD for 24 h (a) and 48 h (b) and cell viability was detected by MTS conversion. FD (1, 2, and 4 mg/mL) had no significant toxic effects on BV2 cells. The data are expressed as mean ± SEM of three independent experiments. and , compared to normal medium (0 mg/mL FD).
