Effect of ultrasound on extraction yield of phenolic compounds in flax shives extract. The alkaline hydrolysis with 2 M NaOH at RT, 37°C, or 65°C for 24 h was performed; then, each sample was acidified to pH = 3 and underwent three-time extraction with ethyl acetate using 100% solvent-to-solid material ratio.
