Desmin and α-SMA are decreased and vimentin is increased in the hypoxic condition. Salidroside increases the expression of desmin and α-SMA and decreases the expression of vimentin in the hypoxic condition. Data are expressed as means ± SE. compared to the normoxia group; and compared to the hypoxia group.
