Naoxintong/PPAR Signaling Inhibits Cardiac Hypertrophy via Activation of Autophagy

NXT/PPARγ signaling inhibits mTOR activation. H9c2 cells were transfected with control shRNA or PPARγ shRNA plasmids. After 24 h, cells were treated with or without 0.5 μg/mL NXT for 3 h. Cell lysates were subjected to Western blot. Quantitation of p-mTOR: p-4EBP1 levels were shown. Results are expressed as means ± SEM ().
