Expression of c-Kit protein and mRNA in the antrum (a,b) and corpus (c,d). Compared with the control group, the expression of the c-Kit protein in the antrum and corpus was obviously decreased in the DM group. In contrast, it was significantly increased in the LEA and HEA groups compared to the DM group. The same situation was noted for the mRNA expression in the antrum and corpus. compared with the control group and compared with the DM group.
