Expression of the mSCF protein and mRNA in the antrum (a,b) and corpus (c,d). In the antrum and corpus tissues, the mSCF protein level was obviously decreased in the DM and SEA groups compared with the control group. However, the expression of the ETV1 protein recovered to near the normal level in the LEA and HEA groups. No significant difference was found between the DM group and the SEA group. The mRNA expression of mSCF showed the same trends as the protein expression in each group. compared with the control group and compared with the DM group.
