TXL improved ox-LDL-induced tight junction proteins expression in ox-LDL-induced HUVEC cells. HUVECs were treated with ox-LDL (120 μg/mL) for 24 h prior to treatment with TXL (200 μg/mL) for 4 h. Western blot analysis of ZO-1, occludin, claudin1, and GAPDH was performed (a). GAPDH served as the loading control.
