EMP-treated macrophages reduce migration and proliferation of tumor cells. (a) A transwell migration assay was performed to determine the migration of LLC tumor cells by EMP-treated macrophages. LLC tumor cells on the lower surface of the transwell membrane were stained with crystal violet solution and observed under a phase contrast microscope with 50x magnification. (b) EL4-luc2 lymphoma was cocultured with EMP-treated macrophages for 48 h. Values are indicated as the mean ± SEM. and compared with the CON samples.
