Dai-Huang-Fu-Zi-Tang Alleviates Intestinal Injury Associated with Severe Acute Pancreatitis by Regulating Mitochondrial Permeability Transition Pore of Intestinal Mucosa Epithelial Cells

Figure 1

Experimental protocol. All rats were adaptively feeding for 1 week before operation. 5% sodium taurocholate (0.1 ml/100 g body mass) was injected retrogradely into biliopancreatic duct for inducing model of severe acute pancreatitis in rats. And the pancreas showed hemorrhage and necrosis 10 mins after injecting sodium taurocholate. DHFZT (1 ml/100 g body mass) was injected by retention enema at 0, 4, and 8 h after operation.
