The changes by Seyoeum on inflammatory cytokine and chemokine gene expression in adipose tissue, and insulin receptor gene expression in liver tissue. Adipose and liver tissue was obtained at week 16 and quantitative RT-PCR was used for measuring gene expression. Gene expression was normalized to that of GAPDH. in NC and HFD groups, and in SYE and HFD + SYE groups. and versus NC group; and versus HFD group.
